Seeing through others' eyes means immersing ourselves in their world
We use online tools such as communities and mobile self-ethnography so we can see people’s authentic selves in their own environment and love using video and imagery to communicate a vivid sense of their story to our clients.
We conduct focus groups, depth interviews, in-home immersions and design creative workshops - and we use these approaches creatively to reveal those human truths that drive truly valuable insights.
We work across multiple markets, collaborating with international partners to understand local cultures, from focus groups in Moscow and consumer-safaris in Beijing malls to exploring the Saudi Arabian suburbs to observe TV watching habits.
